Nine-grade System conducts one of personnel selection system in ancient China, which is on the order of election system and under the imperial examination system. It is the stage for Personnel selection system in China by the Election system to examination system, and it is stage of transition by the investigation recommended way to the examinations. Nine-grade System is a continuity and development of the Election system,and election system will be the recommended way to develop to the extreme. Nine-grade System develops a rigorous recommended inspection system and a clear detailed recommendation. The recommended way of study of talent selection system has much to learn from the lessons learned. The schoolmaster real-name recommendation system is the recommended way to a new independent study enrollment system. Its essence is a personnel selection system. Therefore, you can learn in their implementation of nine-grade system. This article is considered "recommend" and "investigation" as a linker to lilking nine-grade system with schoolmaster real-name recommendation system. Corresponding to these four areas through the organization, evaluation objects, evaluation criteria and operating mechanism in view the composition arise nine-grade system.Third, The evolution of nine-grade system. Discusses the grade System organization, evaluation objects, evaluation criteria and operating mechanism with four powerful family dynasties and the rise of gentry evolution occurred.Forth, Nine-grade System evaluation. Mainly from two aspects of nine-grade system square evaluation.Fifth, the basic principals outlined in schoolmaster real-name recommendation system. Main recommendations from the background, operating mechanisms and the implementation problems encountered were discussed.Sixth, Inspiration that nine-grade system gives the schoolmaster real-name recommendation system. Mainly compared and analyzed from the recommender, objects recommended, recommendation standards and recommendation mechanism to prove schoolmaster real-name recommendation system can learn from nine-grade system.
