| Since mid-90s, in the sub-center and suburb areas of the metropolises, there were art studios and free professional artists gathering around in different scale. Songzhuang, Beijing, the holy land of artists, gathers a large number of artists. Except constantly improving the relevant policies, regulations and hardware environment, in order to maintain the continuously development of the art zone, the most important factor is to keep the artists group as the core resources of the art zone and keep them live and create contentedly for offering the continuous creative power for the development of the art zone. Most of the artists in Songzhuang are low-rise ones in the social stratification proportion, and they are still seeking their way out in the voyage of the art.These "poor" free artists gather in Songzhuang from all over the country to live and create here. Therefore, the latest living and managing situation of them is set as the theme of the paper, and this paper will be on the analysis and interpretation of the issue. From the perspective of humanistic care of anthropology, the author will research and interview the low-rise free artists with the methods of field work, participatory observation, depth interviews and other survey methods. Moreover, the paper focuses on the vulnerable groups'living condition, management concept, mode of operation, management efficiency, etc. The paper uses the theory of Cultural Capital, Creative Economy "3T" and Industrial Cluster in analysis and discussion against these problems. According to actual situation, the paper carries on the summary of the research, finds out the problems that influence the management of the artists and puts forward the feasibility Suggestions. Based on the summary and suggestions above, we are going to make Songzhuang art industry development path more suitable for the continuous growth of the low-rise free artists and local villagers. Finally, we could make Songzhuang into a genuine central art district of Beijing. |
