A Study On Ethics Analysis Of Our Country Enterprise Technology Innovation

High speed development of national economy, the comprehensive progress of society, and generallyimproved living standard of people have been made since reform and opening-up, obviously, which allimprovements are closely related to the development of industrial enterprise. Nowadays, industrialenterprise becomes the most active strength for the improvement of society as well as the major forcewhich promotes the development of economy. However, the development of the industrial enterprise in ourcountry has not shown as fast, healthy and stable status as expected, especially in recent years, frequentoccurrence of quality accident from various industries caused consumers much trouble and inconvenience,brought about considerable negative influence over national economic development, meanwhile, it alsoinfluenced benign development of industrial enterprise to a certain extent, all which have a certainrelationship with technological innovation that being considered as motivation of enterprises.It follows the issue of social responsibility of enterprise is increasingly outstanding, and lead to greatconcern of all circles in society. In other words, the important role of moral factors is prominent indevelopment of enterprise day by day, particularly there are great many problems existing in technologicalinnovation of enterprise. Although there have many researches and getting substantive progress on thoseaspects, it has not been aroused extensive concern in academic world, rapid development has limited inaspects of its related economic field and labor dispute. For enterprise, only concerning immediate andpartial interests in technological innovation, developing blindly products not fitting in with public moral,infringing upon the benefits of the public and other enterprises, study on above all aspects have nosignificant progress, which remains for further study. Hence, study on moral factor in technologicalinnovation of industrial enterprise in China is becoming increasingly urgent, how to make technologicalinnovation of industrial enterprise develop rapidly and healthily under the guidance of moral factor, howshould the government, enterprise and public opinion respond to the status and problems fromtechnological innovation, and how should general consumers respond to enterprise's behaviors notconforming to public moral, all those problems mentioned above need study urgently.This article focuses on the instance method to analyze and explore the relationship between technological innovation and ethical considerations, a deep level to study the multifaceted characteristics ofcorporate social responsibility and social universal significance.
