Although the business card is small, it's space is large, it is an important interpersonal tool in modern society.Although there are a wide variety of business cards, high-quality goods is less and the mediocre work can be seen everywhere. From the initial Transmission of information, development to the pursuit of formal beauty, with the strengthening of people's communication, The only transferring information and showing formal beauty is difficult to meet the requirements of the times for high product-side business card design. In the current information age, culture has become a characteristic of the times. Cultural implication has also become a key factor showing the taste levels in business card design. The cultural charm, philosophy thoughts, artistic taste and brand concept, which are shown in an inch, can deep impress the audience at the first time. Cultural value is human's high-level pursuit, showing cultural implication in business card design, can perfect the business card design at a theoretical level, at the height of the principle and the depth of the theory, and can make it more practical and guided in practice.In the cultural context of economic globalization and self-consciousness gradually enhanced, cultural implication in the business card design showing convergence with trends in the opposite aspect, which makes this seemingly opposing two kind of cultural phenomenon in the creative design compatible and unified. The use of traditional Chinese cultural elements should be targeted to reflect the work's national characteristics and cultural attributes, both to make good use of anti-abuse.In addition to the introduction of front and the conclusion at the back, and according to the content, this paper is divided into four parts to discourse. The first two chapters briefly overview the origin and development of Chinese and foreign business card.The third chapter is the theory of "three levels" of business card design-the delivery of information, the performance of formal beauty, the presentation of cultural implication. The fourth chapter deals with convergence trend and the separate trend of the cultural implication in business card design.Chapters5and6are the core of the paper, it discusses and explores the characteristics of the traditional Chinese culture in the business card design, as well as the spiritual connotation and external manifestations of the Chinese traditional culture, and it uses some examples and works of Chinese-style to elaborate the innovation and presentation of Chinese traditional culture in business card design.
