Product design is becoming more diversified, with full attention to people's inner emotional needs and spiritual needs, emotional design has become a new social trend. However, the majority of industrial design in the field of study just stay in the relationship between person and product, the attention is the human-computer interaction , which is not comprehensive enough. In this paper, the interpersonal interaction design is discussed, that is, based on the communication between person to person, then link them with product, finally to achieve the consumer's emotional needs. And thus to re-examine the concept of the product, to explore the connotation of products, and direct design from a new perspective.The experience from tradition to modern times, product design in order to adapt to the environment and human development requirements of carrying on the transformation. At present is to experience economy, people not only meet the requirements in product, product appearance and function of emotional appeal and the realization of self-worth increasingly become the focus of attention.In the process of product design, any idea formation are required to basic starting point. Man is the sum of all the social relations, and the man is not only the humanistic thoughts individual, group, is composed of human life, social relations. The current design domain most studies basic remains in the narrow scope of humanistic thought concept, attention is natural attributes, confined to people and objects, and the relationship of people ignored social attribute. Therefore, this paper is to establish the whole point of view, the design requirement stylist and consumer groups actively considering the interactive relationship between groups, consumers communication way, communication mode, interest, and whether the product shape function can bring the interaction between human and the interactive relationship, whether positive whether new problems.Firstly, combining interpersonal interaction and emotional design in two areas proposed a new comprehensive research topics, interpersonal interaction, and the design of emotional and interpersonal interaction design concept of emotion, an analysis is made of the relationship, Then in interpersonal interaction design concept, emotional development level, the study on the elements, the script as a method for system development process, the main mining in interpersonal interaction behaviour and emotional connection, and interpersonal interaction oriented product development process and emotion design methods, Finally the research theory applied in fitness activities electronic solutions to the creative design, this paper carries on the practice and theory and method of inspection, and puts forward the Suggestions and ideas.In this paper the design of interpersonal interaction guide that communication between people from the perspective of product as the medium, to finally reach the consumers' emotional satisfaction. Thus, the concept of product re-examine the connotation, excavate the product from a new angle to guide design.
