The Reseach Of Leagal Regulations On Our Country's Rural Financial Issures

China's current development of rural finance, there are many problems, mainly because of the legal system of rural finance in China many of the shortcomings and deficiencies, the main problems of rural finance is to gradually withdraw from the formal financial institutions in rural financial markets, rather than the formal financial sector is again less than the Government's approval and recognition. In this paper, to our current problems in rural finance as a starting point, learn from foreign advanced experience of rural financial legislation, combined with Rural Finance in the form of actual improvement in the law of the rural financial system.
