Since 1980's in 20 centuries, a new important phenomenon has appeared in the whole world's political economy and social life:the nonprofit organizations have developed quickly and they have participated extensively in every field of human society as an new role besides government and enterprises. Now, nonprofit organize has become a world topic, a lot of social problems have been involved in the nonprofit organization. The quick development of nonprofit organization make nonprofit organization itself playing a more and more important role in the whole world affair and the economy, social development field of each country. Its function and influence are also permeating through huge numbers of families. The research of the non-profit organization begins to be on the rise and gets widely concerns from more and more people。The article discusses the Intellectual Capital of the nonprofit organization from four parts. Part one explains the meaning of the Intellectual Capital and the Intellectual Capital of nonprofit organization. Part two elaborates the status and problems of nonprofit organization from human capital, organize capital and customers capital. Our nonprofit organization is lack of talent, the status of members is not clear, and enough training is not provided. Deviation of concept and error management system block the development of organize capital of our nonprofit organization. Bad environment, improper government management and ineffective social skills retard the construction of customer capital. Part three sets an example of the Australian Red Cross Blood Service(ARCBS),analysising the Key Performance Areas(KPAs) and the its value. Part four make suggestions for our nonprofit organizations to increase the Intellectual Capital including human capital, organize capital and customers capital.The last part points that although there is deformed Intellectual Capital in our nonprofit organizations, perfect mode of operation is not widely promoted. There are reasons of external as well as nonprofit organizations itself. Nonprofit organizations should insist on studying and innovating, reforming itself with new conception to play its irreplaceable role.
