The Research On Supervision Legal System Of Rural Financial Market In Our Country

Rural finance is made for the rural economic development services, with the development of economic and society, the rural financial present more and more problems, which needs the law gives more perfect regulation.The rural financial plays a vital role for solving the problem of our country rural capital, and the need for the funds is the bottleneck of rural economic development, which restricts the development of rural economy today, which is not conducive to construct the new countryside in our country.In this paper, firstly, I defined the meaning and scope of the rural finance in China, and with the foundation I defined the scope of this paper, pointed out the concept and characteristic of rural financial supervision in our country, and compared with present situation of foreign countries, in order to provide reference for rural financial supervision of our country.Finally, I analyzed emphatically rural financial supervision development history of our country, status and problems, put forward the Suggestions of rural financial regulatory system. This is the aim of my paper research.Firstly, First of all, based on the general concepts of rural financial market, This paper redefines the concept of rural financial market andr rural financial market supervision, and points out that The paper confines the kind of rural bank financial institutions as the main body, and then points out the rural financial should always takethe three rural service as the basic goal, in order to confirm the possibility and necessity of existence of the rural financial regulation, and discusses the necessity existence of the rural financial regulatory from theory and function.Secondly, I refered the regulatory system, regulatory body, business regulation and supervision on risks in such aspects of the rural financial supervision by the content for the division standard respectively, summarizes the success financial regulatory experience of some countries concerned, provided reference for perfecting rural financial regulatory system. Finally, With the rural economy and social status in China, introduced the development of rural financial supervision, pointed out that present situation and problems of rural financial supervision in regulation system regulation subject and specific regulatory system in our country. And with discussed above,I suggests some Suggestions to perfect our country's rural financial supervision:improving legislation, perfecting rural financial regulatory laws system; Perfecting regulation subject coordination mechanism; Perfecting the internal control system of financial institutions;Perfecting agricultural insurance system and risk prevention system of rural finance and perfecting the supervision of special problems.
