Social Equity And Building A Socialist Harmonious Society

China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements after thirty years of reform and opening up. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, some social problem and other unfair issue occurs. The gap which between the city and village, regions and industries, has increased rapidly because we overemphasize efficiency in the process of building a socialist economic market, so the social justice can be easily neglected. If we do not adjust our policy in time, we will certainly enfluence the operation of building a moderately prosperous society.The CPC Central Committee and State Council now adjust policies in response to the all changes when facing with new situation and challenges. China, as entering the 21st centrury, has proceeded from building a moderately prosperous society and creating a new situation in the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and clearly put forward the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and a harmonious society in Chinese Communist Party Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth. It has been particuarly puting forward the goal in the Communist Party Congress report:harmonious society is the essential attribute of the socialism country with Chinese characteristics. And it expores the harmonies from a socialist society in all aspects of the qualitative. Last but not least, the report points out that realizing of social justice is the basis of constructing a socialist harmonious society.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the Chinese Communists' basic understanding of social justice from the angle of the origin of social equity and the connotation of social justice. From their pointview and understanding, we draw correct conclusions on the question of balance of social justice and real situation. Based on this, this paper analyzes the vital role playing in the harmonious society influenced by social justice. The second part foucus on the deeper exploration on the unfair factor and its forming reasons in constructing the harmonious socieyt. Through the above analysis, the third part will address the problem and pur forward the relevant tactics on social equity in building a socialist harmonious society.
