And the thesis tells us that the socialist fair is a part of a socialist harmonious society, realizing the fair of socialism is the premise and foundation of building a socialist harmonious society, the socialist harmonious society is the security of socialist fair. Then this thesis provides several suggestions of promoting the socialism fair, and set up the socialist harmonious society.In the progress of the mankind society development, different scholars provide different thoughts about social fair. The east and west, we all know that the fair contacts with rationality and legitimacy, it means no discrimination. Fair is a pursuing of"virtue"and"perfect", it is a kind of harmony and balance. Fair contains economic fair and social fair, and the economic equity is the base and the main body of the social fair, etc. These common thoughts are the foundation that we know the social fair further.The social fair is a very extensive and complicated concept. We should understand it from different angles. In addition to the common comprehensions of the fair, it is in accordance with equality and justice, contacts with efficiency, identifies with stability, development and the harmony of society.
