Administrative Monopoly Law Regulation

Since reform and opening, China's socialist market economic system continue to improve, but the effect of the old planned economy are still exist, administrative monopoly has been harm the normal operation of market economy of china. Administrative monopoly not only destroy the normal economic order, hinder the development of China's market economy, violate the rights of consumers, but also make for to the corruption of political life, reducing government credibility. At present, the problem of administrative monopolies have a lot of theoretical results, but due to the complexity of administrative monopoly makes, all aspects of administrative monopoly scholars have their own views, and there are serious differences on how to regulate the administrative monopoly. So it is necessary to investigate the problem of administrative monopoly in China.In this paper, the writer used theories within the practice, multidisciplinary and comparative analysis way to research administrative monopoly problem. Through the analysis of the administrative monopoly problem of china and the way of the abroad to regulate administrative monopoly, the writer advance the resolvent on administrative monopoly, in order to promote administrative monopoly regulation theory and practice of development.
