Hearing System In Environmental Impact Assessment Study

Environmental impact assessment, public comments the hearing will be cross platform in one of the ways of the EIA, it makes public the environmental impact of proposed independent opinion or expression of views. By law, the provisions of the system and clearly regulate the implementation of the EIA hearings and procedures, effective hearing for public comment, to enhance public participation in environmental protection, with the premise of protection.In this paper, the hearing process as a starting point, the hearing process as a dominant environmental administration activities, the important system for the development of environmental law has injected new vigor and vitality. Environmental impact assessment in the hearing process introduced to improve the administration of the main EIA transparency of the work, but also to maintain the environmental assessment of the legitimate rights and interests of the relative.This paper studies the environmental assessment hearing system problems. EIA hearings are mainly related to the EIA early information disclosure, environmental assessment hearing in the public participation security of tenure, the EIA Hearing set the hearing on behalf of the production methods and environmental assessment hearing in the form and so on, through these issues one by one analysis, targeted improvement put forward relevant proposals.
