There are difficult cases appeared as the rapid development of Crimes-On-Line these days. Stealing virtual property is a typical form. Virtual property theft crimes are related to , not only virtual property rights, which is a hot nature in legal theory , but also the field of complicated computer technologies . These crimes need to be concerned in two aspects: technologies and legal uses.So far, there is no consensus on stealing virtual property with a tech-method among practitioners and theorists. To make a typical solution dealing with stealing virtual property, this paper set the case of Lin, Lin & Chen for example.The author cites research in related fields, and select the most reasonable explanation applied to solve the case. This idea will help integrate theory with practice, also help in various fields of knowledge in the use of cases in which the integration. This paper focuses on the performance of specific deduction from the concept to the practitions, hope to deal with similar cases and theoretical analysis of the judicial reference. Here are the main contains of each chapter of the paper:The first part is the cause of action. Chen, Lin, Lin case of damage to computer information systems;The second part is the case.Account of Chen, Lin, Lin Moumou case of damage to the case of computer information systems course;The third part is the focus of the case. This section describes the focus of the case involved, the protection of virtual property is subject to punishment, a analysis of the methods of the crime, and wether Chen committed a certain number of crimes or the case number shall be determined implicated;The fourth part is the legal analysis. First, it discusses the concept and characteristics of virtual property, and demonstrate the virtual goods involved are virtual property; second, virtual property should be subject to criminal law protection; Third, the criminal means of analysis;The fifth part is the case conclusion. First, the case involved theft of virtual property is the object, and the amount of the value of the theft; Second, Chen and his fellas, constituted the invasion of computer information systems, rather than destruction; the third, Chen committed theft, as it is implicated ; The sixth part is a deeper analysis of the current virtual property crimes and the reasons for growing, while it provides solution to put forward ideas in such cases;The seventh part is the conclusion, a vision of the development of the computer crime in a future world.
