Paying A Study On The Destruction Of Computer Information Systems

With the continuous progress of science and technology,the popularity of Internet has been greatly improved.Computer information system is applied more and more widely in all walks of life,and its function is becoming more and more important.There have been a lot of new behavior through computer networks,such as destroying computer systems,tampering data,spreading viruses,and so on.There are many different views on whether these behaviors can be identified as criminal acts.Based on the analysis of the focus of the case of a case of computer information system,this paper analyses whether the case may be suspected of destroying the crime of the computer information system,stealing the financial crimes of the virtual property,and invading the damage order of the computer information system.There are disputes about the subjective and objective aspects of the crime,so as to analyze the disputes and viewpoints in criminal law.Then we will make a judgement about whether the judiciary's judgement is reasonable or not.Finally,we will make recommendations for the division of conviction and sentencing of such cases.It is hoped that through the analysis and study of the case and giving relevant suggestions,it can play a positive role in promoting the legal unity of criminal judicial practice in the future and the perfection of the theory of criminal law.
