Investigation Report On The Usage And Administrative Conditions Of Rural Residential Land In The Northern Of Anhui Province

Since China's reform and opening up policies, with the rural economy has developed rapidly and the level of the peasants'income has increased greatly. The enlarging of the rural housing construction and the necessity of residential land increases day by day. So the proper usage and strict administration in rural residential land are becoming the initial problem. Due to the hysteretic nature of the former system and the deficiency of the administration, there are many problems in the usage and administration of the rural residential land. In recent years, there are many discussions on the obtaining, usage, administration of the rural residential land in theory and practical horizon. However, in general, most of these discussions remain in theoretical level. There is few investigations on the usage and administrative condition of rural residential land. The author carries out the investigation in method of questionnaire and interview to take S Village in Suzhou City as the respondents,do statistics and analysis of the obtaining, use and administrating of the residential land in this village and penetrate into the existing problems on obtaining, using and administrating the residential land. On these basis, the relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, hoping to make contribution to the scientific usage of the rural residential land and reasonable administration.This investigation report consist of 5 parts and it is about 17,000 words.In the first part, it introduces the general situation of the rural residential land system in China, make a brief statement of the establishment, development, and current problems, and set forth the purposes and meaning of this investigation.In the second part, it introduces the investigation methods adopted in this investigation, including questionnaire and interview. Meanwhile, it also makes an introduction on the general natural and human situations of the investigated area.In the third part, based on the analysis of the data of this investigation, it finds out the reasons on the problems found in this investigation.In the fourth part, the author further proves the negative influence on the usage of existing in the rural residential land, hoping to arouse the public's attention.In the last part, according to the problems existing in the rural residential land, the author puts forward the targeted suggestion and countermeasure on the usage and administration of rural residential land in the aspects of law legislation, execution, and dissemination.
