Research On The Construction Of The CPC's Rural Grass-roots Organizations In The New Period

China began to build a socialist harmonious society since the fourth plenary session of the sixteenth CPC central committee. It focuses on the rural areas and also the most difficult will be the rural areas and it depends on the CPC. The grass-roots organizations of the CPC in rural areas are the basis of all work and fighting, are the core of leadership of all work and career, are the bridge and ligament between people and the CPC. Therefore, CPC's rural grass-roots organizations are the direct leader, organizer and executor of building a harmonious society in rural areas. Contacting with the masses, propagandizing among the masses, organizing the masses, unite the masses and implementing the CPC's principles and policies to the rural grass-roots are all its important responsibilities. Center on the Party's historic mission and goals in a certain historical period to build the Party is the CPC's fine tradition and one basic experience. Moreover, the fourth plenary session of the seventh CPC central committee pointed out the latest direction of the CPC's construction in the new circumstance. Consequently, exploring and studying on the construction of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations in the new period have great theoretical and practical significance from the perspective of building a harmonious society in rural areas.This paper mainly explores how to adapt the objectives and requirements of building a harmonious society in rural areas from the perspective of building a harmonious society in rural areas in order to strengthen and improve the construction of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations (mainly focus on village-level organizations).This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction. Last, According to the CPC's ideological construction, organization construction, style construction, system construction and the construction of anti-corruption and promoting clean, in accordance with the goal and requirement of building a harmonious society in rural areas, with the status of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations and the major social contradictions in rural areas, to propose the ideas and countermeasures about strengthening and improving the construction of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations, to build a comprehensively promote Party-building model which content as strengthen self-construction of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations and lead to economic, political, culture and social constructions, put the self-construction of the CPC's rural grass-roots organizations throughout the economic, political, culture and social constructions all the time.The third part is the conclusion.
