Under the new situation,how to comprehensively strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas in accordance with the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,give full play to the role of Party organizations and Party members and cadres in promoting development,serve the masses,cohesive force and promote harmonious development,we need to think constantly.Rural revitalization is the key measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Strengthening the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas is the basis and guarantee for rural revitalization.Strengthening the capacity and style of grass-roots Party organizations,giving full play to their political,service and development functions in rural governance,and consolidating their role as a Battle Fortress are of great significance in promoting rural revitalization.Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper takes the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations as the research theme.Taking Daiyue District as an example,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas,and analyses the existing problems and causes of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas from the following aspects: unreasonable team structure,lack of comprehensive quality,inadequate leadership development ability,and irregular organization and management.It also explores how to optimize the organizational construction system and enhance economic leadership capacity.Effectively and effectively improve the social governance ability and innovative carrier platform to enhance the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,give full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations fighting fortress,so as to strengthen the ability of rural governance and promote the realization of rural revitalization.
