It also introduces some kinds of agencies with special responsibility. In the end, it compares the difference between civil agency and commercial agency.The second part tells the history of the development of the system of agency, from ancient to nowadays in the two law system countries. Finally it introduces the development of the system of agency in our country.The third part mainly tells the system of agency in both theory and practice among the two law system countries to compare the difference in between and point out their separate characteristics from the historical angle of view. The fourth part tells the unified trend of international commercial agency in foreign trades, which is embodied by the related international treaties put into effect and in the end points out unification is only a trend with existing difference and concrete something the same in reality.The fifth part analyses the construction of the system of commercial agency in our country, which is divided into two:one is to point out the existing problems, and the other is to put forward the related advice.The last part analyses the system of foreign trade agency in our country.The way is the same as in the fifth part:one is to point out the existing problems, and the other is to put forward the related advice.
