Although at present our country legal system in On-line Banking regulation has got certain progress and it is getting same with other countries, regulatory legal system of On-line Banking in China is not perfect .There are many disadvantages of legal regulation on On-line Banking. What's more, market-exit mechanism of On-line Banking is not perfect enough.By the analysis of abroad legal system on On-line Banking regulation, the legal system of On-line Banking regulation in China has to be improved by the following aspects. Firstly, more qualified institutions should have access to On-line Banking. Secondly, the regulation agencies should think highly of the minimum capital ratios and currency flows. More measures should be taken about both on-site examination and off-site supervision. The market-exit system of On-line Banking will be improved to protect the benefit of the customers and make financial field more stable by founding the system of deposit insurance. Moreover the regulation agencies of On-line Banking should pay more attention to the supervision of the professional technical and the senior executive. By increasing global cooperation on legal regulation of On-line Banking and learning strategies from abroad countries, improve legal system of On-line Banking supervision according to social environment of China will develop economy rapidly and stably.
