The law also terminated birth control situation that mainly depended on policy or regional regulations. The law also has great significance on prompting birth control worker to use their administration right according to law, protecting legal reputation and rights of public, prompting social progress and completely improving working level of population and birth control work as well as prompting harmonious development for population, economy, society, resource and environment.
