Since the end of World War II, human rights has increasingly become the focus of international attention. "To promote all human rights and for fundamental freedoms" is one of the basic purposes of the United Nations. 60 and 70 years of the 20th century, and many of the oppressed nations in the struggle against colonialism as an independent country. These newly independent countries who have to fight for national independence and sovereign equality made unremitting efforts for independence and later faced difficulties and difficulties, produced a strong desire to improve their situation. This is the development of international human rights have had a significant and far-reaching impact.Thus, national self-determination, the right to development, peace, environmental rights and other collective human rights in various forms, respectively, through declarations or resolutions of international organizations and a number of international conventions to be set down, and the traditional concept of human rights (that is, individual human rights) posed a severe challenge. These collective human rights are now many people have been internationally known as the "next-generation human rights" or "third generation human rights." Human rights issues was the liberation struggle of African people in the era of colonialism and imperialism, to fight with weapons. Colonialism, imperialism and the rule of the end of the political independence of African countries, marking the position of the African people's human rights have fundamental change. In the 21st century, in the new situation, African countries awareness of the importance of human rights issues and further deepened. Collective human rights of African people is recognized and made outstanding contributions to the development of the system the right to put forward the concept and content of national and comprehensive attention to collective human rights, especially the right to development and self-determination as the core of the third generation of human rights is clearly stated. This doctrine of human rights in Africa a preliminary study, further broadening the content of international human rights protection. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article mainly discusses the following sections for:Part I: introduces the concept of human rights and development. Starting from the concept of human rights and thus make the development of human expression, including the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, the concept of human rights concepts and the concept of human rights developments in the international community.Part II: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, described the people of all ethnic cultures is a common product. First, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, described the background, followed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights describes the content and features, and finally describes the contribution of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its historical significance. Part III: discusses the doctrine of human rights in Africa is the world's an important part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, first discussed the doctrine of human rights in Africa has inherited an important part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and then break through the African human rights theory and enrich the contents of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.Part IV: doctrine of human rights in Africa focuses on the main contents and characteristics, the first describes the doctrine of human rights in Africa, including the African concept of collective human rights is recognized, on the survival, development, national self-determination, freely dispose of natural wealth and resource rights, environmental rights, the right to peace and security, humanitarian assistance, such as the right content; second describes the characteristics of the doctrine of human rights in Africa: mainly doctrine of human rights in Africa by the African culture, philosophy or customs of; in the doctrine of human rights in Africa , the law is seen as a mediation of, the factors associated with the collective, rather than discretionary and individualism, and greater attention to the collective consciousness; African human rights doctrine not only provides for individual rights, but also provides for the obligations and responsibilities of individuals and so on.Part V: Description of the doctrine of human rights in Africa need to be in reality, enriched and developed. First describes the doctrine of human rights on the African contribution to the development of international human rights, followed by that of the lack of African human rights doctrine, and finally describes the doctrine of human rights in Africa should be retained to continue to develop on the basis of merit, and further improved.
