The research object is the application of insurance subrogation. Then it analyses the abolition of this system between our academics. It analyses the general appliance of Insurance Subrogation. This part focuses on the perspective way of substantive rights. Discussing the establishment of conditions, exercise name and exercise restrictions. It introduced how to use the Insurance Subrogation in the special type of insurance, on the base of the general appliance of Insurance Subrogation. This part studies the application of insurance subrogation in the relationship of the liability insurance, guarantee insurance, underinsurance, double insurance, and reinsurance. The paper discusses the conflict and resolution in the application of Insurance subrogation.
