A Study On The Management Innovation Of Network Ideological And Political Education

Since 1994, when China formally accessed the Internet,it opened thenew situation of ideological and political education work of the networkera. After years of development, cyber ideological and political educationhas constantly developed maturely,internet-based ideological and politicaleducation theory research has also been able to deepen ceaselessly inpractice. However, papers and books which discuss from the angle of cyberideological and political education management are rare, and more aresimple grafted of traditional ideological and political educationmanagement with network. Based on network ideological and politicaleducation management innovation as the research object,this dissertationbegins with the analysis of internet-based ideological and politicaleducation category,expounds the connotation and characteristics ofinternet-based ideological and political education and gives some relatedacademic analysis; Analyzes the innovation value of network ideologicaland political education management from the two layers of theory andpractice；Expatiates the localization of target of network Ideological andpolitical education management innovation systematically; On this basis,it discusses the path selection of internet-based ideological and politicaleducation management innovation from the three aspects concept, contentand mechanism. This dissertation is divided into four parts.The first part is the category analysis of network ideological andpolitical education management innovation. Firstly, analyzes the conceptof ideological and political education management innovation from theconcepts of management, innovation and internet-based ideological andpolitical education management, then discusses the characteristics of theinternet-based ideological and political education management innovation;Secondly elaborates the criterion of internet-based ideological andpolitical education management innovation from three perspectives of theMarxist philosophy, internet-based ideological and political education,management.The second part is the value significance of the cyber ideological andpolitical education management innovation. It is discussed mainly from the theoretical and practical aspects . First, elaborates the theoretical value ofcyber ideological and political education management innovation from thetwo perspectives of new development network theory research and thepromotion theory study of internet-based ideological and politicaleducation effectiveness. Then, clarifies the practical value ofinternet-based ideological and political education management innovationfrom three perspectives of solving problems from internet-basedideological and political education management, promoting internet-basedideological and political education management modernization andimproving the effectiveness of the ideological and political educationnetwork.The third part is the goal orientation of network ideological andpolitical education management innovation. This part mainly launchesfrom three aspects of enhancing internet-based ideological and politicaleducation subjectivity, promoting internet-based ideological and politicaleducation development and grasping the internet-based ideological andpolitical education foresight.The fourth part is the path selection of internet-based ideological andpolitical education management innovation. This part mainly expounds inthree aspects of innovating cyber ideological and political educationmanagement concept, refining internet-based ideological and politicaleducation management contents and optimizing internet-based ideologicaland political education management mechanism. Among them, theinnovation of network ideological and political education managementconcept is mainly innovative interactive management idea, flexiblemanagement idea and fine management idea; Refining internet-basedideological and political education management contents mainly includesgoal management, plan management and process management ofinternet-based ideological and political education; Optimizinginternet-based ideological and political education management mechanismmainly includes the leading mechanism, safeguard mechanism andevaluation mechanism.
