| As the technology of Internet developed, stock online trading, as a new mode ofstock trading grew up quickly. The stock online trading in China is just a kind of stocktrust trading, in which Internet is just a tool of stock trading. Differently,as for thestock trading in the USA, Internet is the sole way of stock trading. The new mode ofstock trading changes the classic mode of stock issuing, the place of stock trading, theextent of venture and the mode of supervision. Thus, the supervision of classic stocktrading is facing many new problems as well.Presently, the supervision of the stock trading online is similar with thesupervision of the classic stock trading. For the specialty of stock trading online, themode and idea of supervision of it need to change accordingly. The problems of thelack of law of the stock online trading, the simplicity of information disclosure system,supervision institution disorder and poor professional capacity of the supervisionpersonnel, led to the lack of protection of the investors and unfairness of stock tradingmarket. As for the problems, the author made a research and further analysis of theforeign mode of stock online trading to acquire the advanced experience. What's more,some suggestions, which fit the reality of China, to improve our stock online tradingsupervision system are put forward. With respect to the legislation, a law fitting thestock online trading should be built up, which ensure the profit of all the investors. Asfor the information disclosure, the information disclosure system should be improvedto make the standard of form and content of information disclosure clear. Meanwhile,the supervision of stock online trading should be improved on all sides, includingenhancing the professional capacity of supervision personnel, implementing thesetting of supervision institutions, enhancing the education to the investors and boostthe alertness and Internet capacity, which help the stock market flourish. |
