Helicopter, with its prominent high-tech, Rapid mobility and excellent low altitude performance, has become increasingly prominent role in the information war and the diverse tasks. The Army Aviation of Main battle equipment to the helicopter-based is also becoming the new darling of the military and war. Aviation is our military to develop a new main battle of arms, there are many issues that need exploration and research. In this paper, Northwest Army Aviation for the study to ensure that the mission of the pilot workforce is stable and effective performance of tasks as the focus, from the perspective of encouraging work, combing through the Northwest Army Aviation task environmental characteristics, examining the incentives of the current incentive effects, incentives for pilots to explore the practical needs, analysis of the main work incentive problems and causes, and then combined with practical suggestions to improve work incentives and improved response.
