Research On The Implementation And Countermeasures Of Military Procuratorial Droit In Armed Police Force

The military procuratorial work is an important part to implement managing troops by Law.The conception of checks and balances has been with the procuratorial work system since the system was set up in the west. The procuratorial work system in China is the combination of the procuratorial work system of the west and the Chinese native situation. Inevitably, there are some limitations in its development.The CAPF procuratorial department has played an active role in punishing crime and stabilizing troops since its foundation. In recent years, there are some unsatisfactory problems in military procuratorial work, such as the amount of acceptance cases obvious reducing, the personnel severe aging, and the budget inefficient using, which have interfered with military procuratorial work development badly. From the procuratorial work origin, the author tried to research into the original idea in the design of the procuratorial work system and open out its essence.According to the public management theory,the author took a analysis on some problems in the CAPF procuratorial department through political system, political culture and system designs,etc.At last, the author put forward suggestions on perfecting military procuratorial work in optimizing external environment, rationalizing law guarantee system,and perfecting authorized system,etc.
