Research On Socialist Constitutionality Ideal From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

The Chinese people, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, have made the world-astonishing miracle since the establishment of the new China 60 years ago. The thirty-plus years of China's reform and opening up have witnessed tremendous changes of the Chinese society: the improvements of the Chinese-characteristic economy catch the world's attention and the developments of the Chinese-characteristic society is the process of Marxism Sinicization. The thirty-plus years of China's reform and opening up have seen the historic improvements of socialist constitutionality construction: the basic principle of rule of law has been established; the national major task of establishing a socialist constitutionality and the socialist constitutionality ideal has been formed.
