| The People's Action Party of Singapore led the people to create a world-renowned of "Singapore miracle" since the party ruling from 1959,they maintained the absolute advantage ruling status in every general election. Been able to achieve such results,It's inseparable with that the PAP always adhere the party's governing philosophy of the people-ortieted idea.The Action Party always put the people of Singapore and their Interests in the first place when they are formulating the policy, their ruling position is consolidated because they get the people's trust and support. The Petir is the People's Action Party's official newspaper, It is the most important medium for the party to promote their principles and policies and establishing a friendly image. The Petir is rich in content, the vast majority of contents are related with the livelihood of the people, it is the first-hand material to study the people-based policy of PAP.This study select the Petir as a research material and trying to summarize the specific measures of PAP's people-oriented idea concept of governance,it will become the detailed material support for further research of PAP.This article first introduces the content and significance of the people-oriented idea concept of governance, meanwhile analysis the importance of it for PAP's ruling basis on the summarized articles of Petir.
