Research On Concern Spirit Of Rural Migrant Workers In Cities

'Living a decent and dignified life'became publicized when it was referred in the Report on the Work of the Government by Premier Wen Jiabao. In the report, it pointed that'All what we done was to make the people live in a decent and dignified life and to promote the society in a just and harmonies way.'Living a decent and dignified life'has been the tendency and was accepted by individuals. Under the dignified era, we should focus on the promotion of sound mind happiness index as well as the material affluence.Rural migrant workers are a part of the greatest majority of its people. So the problems of rural migrant workers are the hotspots which call for many scholars to do a lot of studies from many aspects. It was pointed that the studies were seldom touched up the concert spirit. The article took the rural migrant workers in Sunan area as the example and analyzed the concert spirit problems from meeting the need, moral support and personality independence and so forth. Meanwhile, it analyzed the reasons and gave suggestions to cope with concert spirit in hope to promote benefits of rural migrant workers, and live a decent and dignified life.
