During the Central Committee of the CCP convene about strengthening andimproving minor's thought and morality on May 10, 2004, General Secretary HuJintao emphasizes that paying attention to the minor growth and creating goodcondition and social environment for their mental and body healthy development isthe unshakable duty of our CCP and nation, the strategic project of our nation and theproject to realize the high hopes and the vital interest of million families. Therefore,the minor moral personality education has vital significance.The cultivation of minor moral personality is always a key point that manydomestic and foreign researchers focus on. Through analyzing the influential factors(family and school, etc) to the cultivation of minor thoughts and morality andreferring to many domestic and foreign correlative personality cultivation theories,this essay proposes the personality cultivation pattern that unifies family and schooltogether as well as the concrete operating procedure. At the same time, it proposes thepractical strategy, which combines family and school together to cultivate minor'sthought and morality, to the educational administration department.The whole essay is divided into four parts.
