There are still some controversial, leading to our country in the application of electronic evidence appears chaotic state.Therefore, this article would like some electronic evidence through the analysis of case studies, inspecting on power of electronic evidence and research issues. Trying to learn from the perspective of evidence, the collection of evidence, and providing a reference work and learn according to review.The thesis is divided into the following four parts, of which the body is divided into three parts.The first chapter is about electronic evidence, case analysis.
