On The Protection Of Personal Information Privacy Law Network

The main idea of this article is to protect personal information privacy on net in law. First, in the part of introduction, an experience reflects the problem of personal information privacy protection on net. The first part of the text introduces definition and characteristics of personal information privacy on net. The second part of the text shows the present situation of personal information privacy protection on net: unsuitable collecting personal information privacy and unsuitable spreading personal information. The reason of the present situation is that we lack for statutes and sense of right. In the next part of the text, suggestion comes: concerning about personal information privacy production,rights--right to know, freedom of speech and information currency-- should be basic, and statutes should be necessary, and judicial practice should be important. The law making mode and contents are also concerned. Conclusion comes in the end, the view of making law to protect net personal information privacy is repeated in this part.
