The paper is to discuss the crime of invasion to personal information in our criminal law. The paper is divided into four parts. Among them, the first chapter is to introduce the personal information in general and the need for the protection of personal information in criminal law, which including clarify the concept of personal information and legal attribute, and expounds infringement of personal information security in foreign laws. The second chapter is to discuss the special legal purpose of Amendments 7 to the criminal law of PRC in a detail analysis and the regulation of personal information security violations in our criminal law. The third chapter is to research the application of 253rd provision of Chinese criminal law in Amendments 7, including the suitable problem of criminal law Amendments 7 to criminal law's application and the problems of " Human-powered search" included in criminal law. The fourth chapter is according to analysis the shortcomings in current criminal legislation and put forward some improving suggestions to criminal law.
