Causes And Countermeasures Of Commercial Bribery

In recent years, along with the development of market economy, commercial bribery crimes have worsened and penetrated in various economic fields which have seriously affected the normal economic order and undermined the socialist rule of law. Commercial bribery crimes cover a lot of fields and in law there doesn't exist such a charge, therefore, this dissertation explores from the definitions of commercial briberies and commercial bribery crimes and tries to make detailed analysis of economic, social and legal reasons for commercial bribery from the perspective of the situation of commercial bribery in China. Thus, economic, political and social hazards will be summarized so as to analyze the aspects of commerical bribery crimes which can be improved. In addition,by drawing upon international experience in combating bribery and combining with specific features of China as a socialist country, the dissertation proposes some countermeasures in orfer to effectively combat the proliferation of commercial bribery crimes.
