U.S. patent law has been enforced for over two hundred years. U.S. patent law takes the lead in theory and practice. Many countries around the world refer to U.S. patent law and principles. In recent years, with some well-known United States patent cases in the field of patents produced a number of issues. These issues also deserve our study. In this paper, with some new U.S. patent cases in recent years as the core, the three issues have been studied. First is the Excessive use of patent law, the second is Inequitable Conduct Doctrine, the third is the doctrine of patent exhaustion.This paper is divided into three parts. In the first part, the excessive use of the patent law, as well as the negative impact and Causes are researched. Patent-related laws and regulations should be examined and adjusted to balance the conflict between private interests and public welfare. In the second part, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's criteria of Inequitable Conduct Doctrine has been described; the types identified by the court in recent years are classified and researched. In the third part, the latest developments in the case of the patent exhaustion doctrine are explained and the way of Patentee using patent is discussed after the Quanta case.
