Since world's first industrial injury insurance act exists in Germany in 1884, more than one hundred countries affirmed it as juristical. Our country set up this system late until early twenty century fifty age, it is play a significant part in vindicating worker's legal rights and interests. With the Reform and Opening up continuous go deep and deep, occupation risk expand swiftly, the whole country are beginning to pay attention to production safety and occupation injury, though in this time reform on the industrial injury insurance system is uninterrupted, still exposes some defect, which influence our market economy development to some extent. The Existing Problems in Industrial Injury Insurance Act System in China. This part analyses the main problems exists in industrial injury insurance in our country thoroughly.Part Five. Suggestions on Completing Industrial Injury Insurance Act System in China. Aiming at the problems existing in part three, this part take some suggestions on completing industrial injury insurance act system.
