Legal Research On Ecological Design System

Eco-design system considering the environmental factors when designing products, by improving the environmental impact throughout the whole life cycle, in order to reduce the consumption of resources and environmental pollution from the source. Eco-design system involves a wide range of stage, not only design, but also production, use, disposal and recycling. Eco-design system is the embodiment of the system of product-oriented environmental policy, can effectively improve the environmental impact of products. Many international enterprises adopt the eco-design system, not only improved product environmental performance, but also achieved good economic and social benefits.In China, eco- design system is a relatively new concept. With the increasingly serious environmental problems of products, eco-design system caught scholars, government and enterprises'attention. Compared with foreign countries, our theoretical study is not in-depth, has not formed a complete legal system, affect the enterprises'practical application to some extent. However, the situation has improved in recent years. People pay close attention to the eco- design system, our latest laws and policies including lots of contents of eco- design system.Since the eco-design system is a new, preferable way of environmental protection, we should consider using the system to meet the needs of economic development and environmental protection. Therefore, when China do something to promote energy conservation and accelerate the way of economic transition, we should combine with the actual conditions of enterprises, distributing the government, enterprise and public's responsibility, through all sorts of policies to promote the development of eco-design system. By studying the results home and abroad, through legal research method, this article focusing on the participators and supporting measures of eco-design system, proposing some suggestions from both theory and practice.
