Justice is last defense of social equality and justice. Social equity and justice is the common desire of human society and the pursuit of the socialist rule of law , also the public's strong desire and keen anticipation. Under the rule of law, justice is considered to be the ultimate way to treat social conflict, is the necessary way to achieve social fairness and justice .Impratiality is the value orientation of judicial work and a fundamental requirement of justice.With the gradual deepening of the concept of rule of law, the public increasingly demanding justice, but social reality let the public again and again disappointed.People's disappointment for justice led to no confidence in the rule of law. The judicial environment and implementation of justice are closely linked. Study how to improve the environment by improving the judicial impartiality of the judiciary is very necessary.Besides the introduction, this thesis divided into four chapters, the content will be based on justice and judicial environment's research status, from a detailed analysis,compare, and demonstrate from multiple perspectives.Based on that, comb and reconstrue the theoretical system of justice and judicial environment,and strive to combine the theory and practice, get rid of doubts, and provide reference.The first chapter will look into the existing domestic and abroad concept of impartiality, justice, justice environment,comparing the pros and cons of various concepts and set out the precondition of the reasoning,then explain the concept of justice and judicial environment to me,elaborate the relationship between justice and legal environment. The second chapter in the article, analysis and judge the specific standards of legal environment, describing the ideal justice environment. The third chapter is a comprehensive exposition of the current legal environment in the presence of obstruction of justice in a variety of factors and to analyze the underlying causes.
