Now, Company's stock system reform has been completed, but the state-owned equity has lots of different characteristics with the general traditional equity. In the process of exercising, our country encounter unavoidable trouble, based on this, state-owned equity become a tricky question in the period. And the state-owned equity is a kind of equity, whether it can exercise effective or not, it will directly affect the state-owned equity holders economic interests; Meanwhile, state-owned equity as a kind of more special equity in China occupies considerable proportion, the exercise will inevitably affect social stability and development.I analyze state-owned equity's summary and state-owned equity legal attribute of exercise, determine the state-owned equity exercise's principle and content is different from general equity exercise. First, analyze the legal attribute of state-owned equity,in order to understand some things of the most essential, based on this, we can know the target principle and main contents of the state-owned equity exercise.The third part:"The exercise subject of the state-owned equity". summarizing present situation of exercise subject, analyzes the exercise subject's deficiency, then determine the subject on the basis of the theory,and analyze differences between the original subject with the current subject.The fourth part:"The way of the state-owned equity". First introduce the current way of state-owned equity, analyzes the exercise way's deficiency, then explore ways of several suitable way, analyzes its exercise of the construction of the feasibility and concrete.The fifth part:"The problems encountered in the legislation and improvement suggestions of the state-owned equity exercise".
