| "Law and finance" studies abroad have become theoretical frontiers, but the institutional guarantee factors of financial stability need further study. AS to financial stability, domestic scholars mostly research in its economic attributes, but less in its legal attribute, and for the complex relationship between financial stability and legal protection the analysis is still insufficient.This paper which has a legal analysis to financial stability with the economic law theory has expounded the basic concept and basic principle of financial stability in legislation, and by the legal actual analysis of our current financial stability put forward the framework and specific measures of financial stability legal safeguard mechanism referring foreign financial stability legislation practice experience. In addition, the article has proposed some views on the question that how should our country prevent financial crisis under strong legal guarantee mechanism for financial stability according to the characteristics of our financial market. |
