On The Holders Of The Securities Investment Fund Interests Protection

Securities investment funds as a financial policies and the development of securities market internationalization, as specialization of financing and a new investment tools, more and more people pay attention to it and widely used in China, due to the investment fund development and later, compared with the developed countries, China's laws on investment fund regulation and oversight is still not mature. Especially has yet to protect the lawful rights and interests of fund investors complete legal system. This kind of situation seriously affect the healthy development of the China investment fund. But its existing rules, fund managers, fund holder poor behavior control benefit protection is not realistic problems caused academia and practice of law, this paper also think it a preliminary work.
