Criminal Reconciliation System Exploration

In recent years, as increasing of the awareness of the law, it is have been the focus of scholars how to protect human right and to restore the damaged social relations better. The criminal conciliation system, as a new model, has been tested in home and abroad, and recognized. However, China has not yet established a comprehensive system of criminal conciliation system. The author define clearly first, and interpret it in the scientific methods. After that, the author analyzes its value-fairness and efficiency. Following it is the introduction of the foreign, and summarize the contents of reference. After fully demonstrating the necessity and feasibility in our country, the author proposes to construct the criminal conciliation system.
