Financial Fraud Crimes Study

With the deepening of our reform and opening up and the developing of China's socialist market economy rapidly, financial economy has become an indispensable part of our economy. It's important and valuable to the economy development, national security and social stability of our country, if the financial industry could operate safely, orderly, effectively and steady. So at the same time of the economic and financial globalization further developing, how to protect our financial management order, how to guard against and defuse financial risks and crack down on financial crime, has been a great theoretical and practical problem which causes our close attention.This paper discusses on the the related legal problems of financial fraud crime for perspective, and begins from the financial fraud concept. By the study of the unit crime of financial fraud, the purpose of illegal possessing and the penalty of financial fraud crime, it's necessary to perfect our country's financial fraud crime legislation, and so some forward rational suggestions has been offered.
