View Our Judicial Administrative Problem

The judicatory with administrative characteristic is a problem which has troubled a lot in the process to rule by law in our country, its form has the profound historical and realistic reason, is a social problem which is beyond the purely legal field. It is not a special problem which emerge in our modern judicial justice, but the problem in our country shows the seriousness, which has a serious negative impact on judicial justice and judicial efficiency of judicial credibility, and even, the quality of the judges. It is the problem that we have to solve as our country establish modern judicial system. Resolving the problem must consider the changes of the social material production capacity, the social culture of development level and other factors. It can be attained though positive, strategy, and long-term reform. Whether it can be properly solved step by step in China, will decide whether the long-term stability of the environment to revive. The solution of the problem, will become the key to our country achieving judicial independence and developing the rule of law in our socialist.
