On Research Of Hardships And Countermeasures In The Course Of China Government Construction By The Rule Of Law

Administrating according to law and building government of law is the basic objective of China Government construction by the rule of law. Government by law, whose power comes from the law and subject to the law is based on law. It strictly performsits mandate and takes its appropriate legal responsibility.
