In today's society,information technology has revolutionized all areas of society.With the increasing attention of the Ministry of Civil Affairs to the social assistance work,it is imminent to change the traditional relief management model.Using information technology to improve the social assistance management of civil affairs departments is particularly important.The relief business for the extremely poor in ** region keeps increasing,and the workload of the relief workers is getting larger and larger.The traditional relief management mode is cumbersome and inefficient,and the management mode of manual relief cannot meet the current needs.How to manage the data of special hardship relief agencies and personnel more efficiently and improve the safety and reliability has become an urgent problem to be solved by ** civil affairs department.In response to this problem,the ** region has established its own civil affairs decision-making analysis platform.In the process of compiling,this paper refers to the design methods and technical means of the information management system at home and abroad,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the rescue and support management of the extremely poor people in **area,and relies on the civil affairs decision-making analysis platform in ** area and puts forward the establishment of the rescue and support information management system of the extremely poor people,the specific work is as follows:(1)System requirements analysis.Based on ** civil affairs decision-making and analysis platform,this paper uses UML unified modeling language to analyze the requirements of the information management system for the relief and support of special hardship cases,defines the role of users,sets up the use rights of various users,designs the database,divides the corresponding functional modules and describes the cooperation relationship between the modules by using the time sequence diagram.(2)According to the requirement analysis,the main functional modules of the system are developed by using the mainstream technology.The system uses JEECG development platform,based on B/S architecture and MVC pattern design and development,the front-end user interface part mainly uses JavaScript,jQuery,CSS and other technologies,data storagepart uses Oracle to manage data.The system mainly realizes the functions of information management,organization management,staff management,related expense standard establishment and publicity,and assists the top leaders in rating the special hardship relief organizations.(3)System test.The function and performance of each functional module of the system are tested,and the test results show that the design of each functional module of the system meets the basic needs of users.(4)Study the classification algorithm of special hardship relief agencies.In this system,the decision tree CART algorithm and the random forest algorithm are used to train the data of ** special hardship relief organization,The results are evaluated,and the stochastic forest algorithm with good classification accuracy is selected to classify the special hardship relief agencies,and the civil administration department is assisted to rate the special hardship relief agencies,which provides the basis for the civil administration department to make rescue decisions.
