Argument Of Our Criminal Psychiatry To Configure The Right To Receive

In case of the same background, any assumption of change is unrealistic.Of course,historically equitable doesn't mean invariant. As the environment changes, we should also improve our system and lead it to the final perfection. This thesis designed future system regards to Chinese circumstances; hope it can provide theory supports to the initiator of forensic psychiatry expertise system reform.
