The accelerated development of trade liberalization is the first result of globalization. However, with the development of the trade liberalization,the behavior trade protectionism is changing, namely the weakening of tariff barriers and the strengthening of non-tariff barriers. Behind the technical barriers to trade, there come the social barriers to trade. The root of the social barriers is the application of the international labor, standards in the area of international trade, and with the"stick" of trade restriction, the developed countries try to force developing countries to improve their labor standards. As regards to this issue, there is a big gap between the developed countries and the developing countries. The developed countries consider the low labor standards in the developing countries leading to the dumping of goods, which violates the principle of fair competition and against the spirits of humanitarianism. While the developing countries deem it trade protectionism by generalizing labor standards without regarding the developmental stages of the developing countries, which will ultimately deprive the comparative advantages of the developing, countries and drive them out of the international division of labor.Chapter 1 is the Introduction, a brief analysis of the paper an overview on the relevant domestic and international perspectives and research.Chapter 2 from the basic theoretical concepts and cut, a brief description of the international labor rights protection and multilateral trade is how to link. In addition also introduced the relevant international organizations and international conventions.Chapter 3 analyzes the current state of protection of labor rights, from the legislative thinking, management system, lack of law departments, as well as a number of relevant mechanisms is far from perfect. Deficiencies found, and in Chapter 5 of the views put forward a sound.Chapter 4 is the proposed method to solve the problem of a chapter. Chapter 2 for the issues raised by the proposed settlement, while an analysis of barriers to China's labor should be taken to deal with the legal response.In short, this article seeks to have been the basis of the study, through the protection of international labor rights and interests to further the profound and systematic study to combine the practical, in order to build our country and the protection of labor rights in international trade contributed to the strength of their own.
