References To Small-Middle Enterprises Financial Legal System Experiences From The USA And Japan

According to the history and current situation of small and medium enterprises development around the world, financing issue is one of the major obstacles which affect the development of small and medium enterprises. Learning from other countries experience, the market-based SME financing legal system in the United States, and the government-based SME financing legal system in Japan are the most successful examples. The aim of this study is to set up the financing legal system of SME including administrative authorities, policy-oriented financing and guarantees, commercial financing and guarantees, public finance and venture capital so on to provide a full range of financing services and law protection by studying the finacing legal system in the U.S. and Japan, analysing the financing legal system of SME and the financing legal relations of SME in China.
