| With the development of modern market economy, the securities and futures markets gradually become one of the most important components of the financial system in a country. But the securities and futures market is with high risk and high profit and loss. With the temptation of huge profits, securities markets also gradually become a breeding ground of crime, where crime is on the increase. Along with the continuing development and expansion of the security market, stock crime also presents the intensifying trend in our country. Because of the professionalism and complexity of securities and futures, the study about the theory of the crime is not good. In view of this, this paper firstly undertakes the comparative study between the legislative situation of domestic and foreign stock crime, and then discusses the defects of the crime legislation of security laws and improvement as well. The paper concludes four chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the overview of securities and futures market crime, the emergence and development of securities and futures market and China's securities and futures market. Based on this, the concept of the securities and futures market crime and its characteristics have been discussed.The second chapter introduces the components of securities and futures market crime, including general forms and typical forms.The third chapter analyzes and discusses the legislative method of securities and futures market crime from the main developed countries (regions) perspective such as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Britain, and introduces their legislation situation.
